By accessing Wraith ("the Service") at wraith.ag, meteora.wraith.ag, or any related interface, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1 · Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not barred from using digital-asset services under any applicable law or sanctions regime. The Service is not offered where prohibited.

2 · No financial advice

Wraith is a non-custodial interface for interacting with public Solana programs. Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, or tax advice. Token launches and trades are speculative and may result in total loss.

3 · Non-custodial

You connect your own wallet and sign your own transactions. We never take custody of your assets or private keys. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, and every transaction you approve.

4 · No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. On-chain actions are irreversible. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of market data, or the behavior of third-party programs, wallets, or routers.

5 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wraith and its contributors are not liable for any losses arising from use of the Service, including smart-contract risk, market loss, network failure, or third-party conduct.

6 · Prohibited use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or to infringe others\' rights. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you.
